41.6 wooded acres on the pure Upper Hudson River that is ideal for water sports or just relaxing by the pool. There are camping sites for RVs, trailers, Pop-Ups and tents. 5 cabin rentals offer fully furnished kitchens and a variety of lodging accommodations. R.V. sites are available with pull through sites, as well as secluded wooded sites for those who want to get away from it all. Guests cool off at the beach or pool, and fish off the many docks along the 1000 feet of riverfront. A boat launch allows for tours of one of the most picturesque places on the Upper Hudson River. Canoes and kayaks are also welcome to enjoy this historic waterway. This 40-year-old campground has an established customer base, who return yearly to enjoy this great setting on the river.




21' x 45' pool, beach, 1000 feet of Hudson River frontage, 14 boat slips, small boat launch (there is a state launch across the river for larger boats), pond, stream, hiking trails, WiFi, camp store, pavilion, volleyball, basketball, 3 playgrounds, sports field, horseshoe courts, 2 dog runs, cottage rentals, clean restrooms.

Main building

Combination office/store/recreational pavilion. Store is approx 30' x 30' and contains the office. Store is currently shut down, but could be reopened. Pavilion is approx 30' x 60'.

5 cottages

The Big Cottage: Three bedrooms, huge living room, eat-in full kitchen. Tall Pines Cottage: 2 bedroom 1920s rustic cabin at water's edge. Very serene location with large screened porch, eat-in kitchen. Private docks. Lovely views of the Hudson River. Beach Cottage: This cabin is located adjacent to the private beach and is right on the water with enclosed porch views of the mountains and river. This is a beautiful rustic cabin with fireplace. Living quarters on 1st floor, whole 2nd floor is loft style.

Pool Cottage

Located next to the pool. This is a charming one-bedroom cottage with a full kitchen. This cabin is the original building on the property and was built in the early 1900s as a trapper cabin. The cottage is next to a walking trail that leads to the Hudson River.
