Main building

Located at the center of the campground. Frame concrete slab 2-story wood frame and siding. 1st floor used as check-in office, store, laundry and restrooms. 2nd floor is the owner’s home. Includes 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, office, den, living room, dining room and laundry closet. The store is very large. A prep kitchen and storage area is in the back. All fixtures and shelving to be included. Items such as pizza ovens, kitchen supplies, sinks, etc. Laundry has 4 washers and 4 gas dryers, a table and seating area.

Cabins & rentals

Prairie Kraft wood frame with wood exterior and interior. Electricity, ceiling fans and heat. 2 - 1 room cabins: 1 full bed,1 bunk bed. 2 - 2 room cabins: 1 full bed, 2 bunk beds All with porch swing, fire pit, charcoal grill and picnic table. New roofs on all cabins in 2018.

Maintenance buildings/Shop

2 maintenance buildings at the front of the campground, 2 others behind the main building. Wood frame on concrete slab with garage door and side door 28’ x 40’. Wood frame with vinyl siding and garage door. 2 wood storage buildings.

Owner’s residence

Owner’s currently use a private water and electric site. The 2nd floor of the main building has over 3,000 square feet of living area. Includes 4 beds, 2 baths, office, den, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry closet.

Bathhouse

Located in main building. Women’s has 5 sinks, 5 toilets and 4 showers. Men’s has 5 sinks, 2 urinals, 3 toilets and 4 showers.

Park model

Stewart Wood frame park model. Wood exterior and interior. Electricity, water, sewer, cable, kitchenette, restroom with shower, AC/heating, and porch and swing. Fire pit and charcoal grill and patio set.

Recreation building

28’ x 40’ wood frame and finished concrete slab building. Has a game room. Used for pancake breakfast and Candy Bingo. Garage door and opener. Located behind main building in the center of the campground.

Rental House

Located at the front of the campground. Frame building with metal siding, storage area, loft storage on 2nd floor. 2 bed, 1 1/2 bath (full remodel in 2018). New septic in 2017, new roof in 2018. All appliances are new with remodel.

Other

Camping kitchen in campground with hot/cold water and stove cooktop. Propane pumping station in building, RV dump station, covered night registration.
