The 170 acre property has 130 sites, all full hookups. Some of the sites are pull-throughs and most of the sites are big rig friendly. The park is on a state highway very near an interstate highway. This property includes 126 sites on approximately 170 acres. The topography is varied from open field to woods to the man-made 6 acre spring fed lake. Some of the park is designated wetlands. The park is located in a rural setting, but is within minutes of restaurants and retail businesses. The campground is nicely laid out and level, making it easy to move about with even the biggest rigs. The large parcel is already engineered for many more RV sites, group camping, and walk-in camping areas.

There are many ways for families to play and relax in this park. Large swimming pool and hot tub. Well appointed playground, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and several bounce houses. Sports facilities include a full-size basketball court, volleyball court, shuffleboard courts, and horseshoe courts. A 6 acre lake offers paddle boats and kayak rentals.

Main Building
The main building is located at the entrance of the campground. This handsome lodge is frame-constructed and measures 6000 square feet. The building houses the office, store, laundry, a game room, a small kitchen, a meeting room, a dining/lounging area, and an ice cream stand. There is a gas fireplace, also. The Office contains the registration desk and a separate space for a private office behind the registration counter. This could also be used as an auxiliary entrance to the building. The Store sells a variety of groceries, soft drinks, clothing, toys and gifts. It also has a snack bar serving quick foods, popcorn and ice cream. The Game Room features a variety of video and arcade style games and a pool table. The Meeting Room can be used for group activities or rented to guests or the community for events. The Laundry consists of 6 coin-operated washers and 6 coin-operated dryers. Lounge Area at the fireplace invites guests for social gatherings, card playing or good conversation.

The bathhouse is adjacent to the swimming pool. The spacious men’s and women’s bathhouses have 8 showers each.

This covered structure is near the main building and can be used for entertainment or group activities. Weekends bring local country bands for concerts. A large screened television is in the building for showing movies or watching those ever important sporting events.

Swimming pool
The L-shaped pool measures 1184 square feet (20’ X 40’ and 16’ X 24’) and includes a kiddies area with shallow depths. There is also a heated spa next to the pool. The pool area has a large concrete deck adjacent to the pool, providing plenty of room for sunning and keeping an eye on the little ones.
