Family gemstone mining business and campground

This spacious and wooded 35-site (including 5 cabins) campground sits on 50 acres, more than half of which can be expanded upon. The campground is adjacent to an area of specialty gemstone mining. There is an abundance of wildflowers and bird-life, particularly along the approximate 1500 feet of trout stream that runs through the park. There are on-site activities available, and there is a true variety of points of interest and activities nearby. This natural setting provides a quiet place for families to have that camping experience they value so much. And the “rock hounds” do come by often!
 
 
This 50.4-acre property includes hardwood trees, a meadow area for activities and picnics, and approximately 1500 feet of trout stream within the park. There are 30 acres available for expansion. There are 5 cabins as well as 30 camping sites, 11 of which are “no hookups”.
This 40’ X 20’ wood framed building sits just inside the campground entrance. The campground office and store are both located in this building. Equipment/Maintenance Buildings: There are 2 wooden sheds, one metal shed, and a metal carport. The metal shed includes a work bench.
This is a 1986 Fairmont double wide mobile home. It has 840 square feet and includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is wall-to-wall carpeting, a new refrigerator, and a dishwasher. A window air conditioner is included with the residence.
This structure is 16’X 40’ and constructed of wood. The roof is metal, and the floor is concrete.
One is 588 square feet with 5 flush toilets, 2 showers, and 2 sinks in the women’s area, and 3 flush toilets, 2 showers, and 2 sinks in the men’s. This wooden building has a concrete floor and metal roof. The second bathhouse is 400 square feet with 3 men’s toilets and 5 women’s toilets, and each area has one sink. This 2nd bathhouse has no showers. This building also is a wooden structure with a concrete floor and metal roof.
This park features 2 log cabins and 3 wood-framed cabins. All feature shingled roofs and porches. Four of these are 4-person cabins with a double bed and a bunk bed. Each of these 4 measures 12’ X 12’. The fifth cabin is 12’ X 20’, and it includes one double bed and 2 bunk beds.
Includes the well head, pump and storage tank. This building also houses 2 work benches.
