The park consists of 25 acres with room for expansion, 98 total sites which include 18 full hookups, 65 water and electric sites, 10 tent sites, 3 cabins and 2 other rental units. Canoe, boat and kayak rentals are very popular at the park. Some of the state’s most popular tourist attractions are just an hour’s drive away. The river and lake draw people from all over for vacations and weekends.

This park has a variety of activities available on-site. The indoor heated pool welcomes swimmers in all kinds of weather. A stocked fishing pond welcomes anglers. Guests who desire a more serious fishing experience can use the small boat launch that accesses the adjacent river and lake. Well over half of its sites are waterfront sites on 2500 feet of water frontage. There is a lot to do at the park and nearby, and it is near a Great Lake that attracts visitors from near and far. The average stay for a camping guest is over 5 days. This one’s ready to have the keys handed over today!
The main building is 6000 square feet and houses the office, campground store, laundry, bathhouses, indoor pool, and game room. The building is of block construction and has ceramic tile floors. The bathhouse has separate showers for pool use. Store: features snacks, groceries, and camping supplies. It is designed to meet the everyday needs of the camping guests. This store space also contains the registration area and office. Recreation Room: the current arrangement includes foosball, a pool table, arcade games, and a sitting area with TV and a Jukebox.

The main women’s bathhouse has 4 sinks, 4 toilets, and 4 showers. The floor and shower area features ceramic tile. The main men’s bathhouse has 4 sinks, 3 toilets, and 2 urinals. It also features ceramic tile flooring and showers. The women’s pool area bathroom has 1 sink, 1 toilet, and 1 open shower. The men’s pool area bathroom has 1 sink, 1 toilet, 1 urinal, and 1 open shower.
There are a total of 3 cabins. 2 are rustic cabins that sleep 4 comfortably. Each has a full/queen bed and bunk beds, a table, chairs, and a utility cart. The rustic cabins do have electricity and a ceiling fan. Cabin #3 is a full service unit with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a full bathroom with tiled floor and shower. This cabin is “stick built”.
This steel pole barn measures 24’ X 36’. It currently houses mowers, tools, general equipment, and more.
The park has 2 trailers for rent. The first is a Coachman that sleeps 6 comfortably. It features a full kitchen and bath. The second trailer sleeps 5 and also has a full kitchen and bath.
This structure was built in 2005. It measures 1600 square feet and has an attached 2.5 car garage. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, dining room, and front room.
This “stick built” structure is 24’ X 40’. It is enclosed on one end. It has electricity, a stage area, concrete flooring, and lighting.
This is an 8’ X 15’ “stick built” structure. It is used for storing oars, life preservers, etc.
Rather rare in campgrounds, this is a 20’ X 30’ pool with depths from 2 feet to 5 feet. It is constructed of concrete with fiberglass walls.
