Truly a fine resort where guests come for old fashioned family fun. About half of the guests stay for the season. A major metropolitan area is only an hour's drive away, so all the cultural and sports needs are filled. People in the city look forward to summers away from the noise and the heat. Featuring 460 water and electric sites and many tent sites and river frontage on about 90 acres. A full restaurant is popular for quick foods, bar is a relaxing place for adults, and an owner's home make this a wonderful place. |

A relaxing country setting! In an area with lush trees, fertile farmlands and only about an hour’s drive from a major metropolitan area, this 24 acre property includes 117 sites, featuring 61 full hook-ups, 50 water-and-electric sites, and 6 cabins. The park has a heated swimming pool and a variety of on-site recreational activities. The current owner also schedules group activities for the enjoyment of the guests. There are nearby walking and biking trails and woodlands for campers to enjoy. This campground is located in a country setting and has a lot of the “small town” attractions nearby. This is definitely a “family-friendly” campground ready for the new owner to step right in and take over. Plus, it has some room to grow for the new owner who wants to expand the business. |

Most of our sellers had a very good year in 2009, and are reporting that their reservations are strong for 2010
Established patterns of camping vacations in America have contributed to the strength of the hospitality industry. Recently, Baby Boomers have added to the growth of the industry by retiring and adopting the RV lifestyle. According to Dr. Richard Curtin, director of surveys at the University of Michigan, by the end of the decade, the number of consumers aged 50 to 64 will total 57 million — 38 percent higher than in 2000. Today one-in-10 vehicle-owning households in that age group own at least one RV.
